Tek Recon (Review)

Disclosure: I was given free product from Tek Recon through Chatterbox, in order to facilitate a review. The opinions expressed are mine and my son's.

We received a Tek Recon Chat Pack back in November, but Steven and Cameron (his friend) never got the chance to get together during the time that I was supposed to post it by. Plus, Steven was having a lot of back issues between the time that I had applied for it and when we received the products.

We received 1 Tek Recon Havok Blaster with its supplies and a Tek Recon Battle pack which consisted of 2 Tek recon Hammer Head Blasters and its supplies. We received 2 rounds of Ammo packs. We downloaded the app for the Tek Recon Live Action Online gaming from iTunes app store. The gaming app can also be downloaded from Google Play. We were able to attach our iPhones to both the Havok Blaster and the Hammer Head blaster with the smartphone mounts. I cut out the targets from the boxes and we briefly attempted to play with the Tek Recon Blasters at that time. I don't have any video of it, since we were seriously anticipating Steven and his best friend getting the chance to check out the game outside! Cam was over one weekend in December or January but it was raining outside that time.

I do recommend these, especially when you want your tween or teen to be outside having fun with their friends, instead of being cooped up in the house! The Tek Recon Blasters can be purchased from Walmart, Toys R Us and Kmart.
