Let me give you a bit of information about Sara Haley, first! Sara's a certified trainer and instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), as well as a member of the American Pregnancy Association (APA). Her specialties are prenatal fitness, functional training, and dance methodology. Sara has been a Reebok Global Master Trainer since 2008, and she has over 20 years of dance and fitness training. She became a mom to her son Landon in 2011, and created her "Daily Sweat Pregnancy Program: Expecting More". With the "Expecting More"workout DVD, it can be used during each stage of pregnancy.
Sweat Extreme 5: Trigger, Tone, and Tighten: 5 minutes of Sara's effective and energizing exercises, to waken, strengthen, and challenge you entire body! (These were my quick go-to favorites!)
Sweat Strength 15: Burn, Baby, Burn: 15 minutes of total body sculpting that keeps your heart rate up and muscles burning. ( After healing from back surgery---they will be what I will want to do more of!)
Sweat Cardio 30: Pop, Rock, and Drop: 30 minutes of fat-burning cardio drills consisting of moves inspired by the dance club, rock'n'roll and break-dancing (plus a warm up and a cool down)--- I will gradually get to this one!)
Sweat Box 45: 45 minutes of Tabata-inspired intervals that alternate between boxing drills and core exercises to give you a metabolic burn and core blast! (this is definitely what I'm planning to work back into!)
BONUS: Sweat Stretch 5: Reach, Relax, and Rejuvenate: 5 minutes to breathe, stretch, and relax as you focus on decreasing muscle soreness.

Barb's take on Sara's Sweat Unlimited DVD--- I really liked it! It was made on a level that I can use and relate to. She explains and walks you through what she's doing. I felt quite comfortable using the DVD, and will be continuing to do so after I heal from back surgery!!
