Pairing Savvy---an app I'm looking forward to downloading on my iPhone!

Good afternoon! There's a new user-friendly application that works on iPhones and Androids  that help you look for pairing with cheese and beer or wine varieties based on user preference. I'm seriously looking forward to this new app! I'm not much of a wine drinker, but I do like Samuel Adams ales and Guinness! And cheese, of course!!!  California cheesemakers make over 250 varieties and styles of  Real California Cheese, everything from bandage-wrapped Cheddar to award-winning Brie!!

You can download the Pair Savvy app to your Android or iPhone, then select by cheese, or wine, or beer. If you don't have a compatible mobile device, you can still use the Pair Savvy website to find some lovely savvy pairs!!

The interesting thing about this app is that it will come up with a list of suggested cheeses, California cheesemakers, and brand names that you can purchase at retail! How cool is that??!!!   Some of the pairings have fruit suggestions, which is great if you're having a party or buffet, and want to be able to pair fruit and cheese together! With the app, users can also save the pairings and even rate them! There's also a surprise pairing for those brave at heart---sounds like me!

Real California Cheese Pair Savvy is available today to most smart phone users through their mobile browser:pairsavvy.realcaliforniamilk.com

For the iPhone: Visit the App Store, search for "Pair Savvy", then download for free (available soon (as of my posting this afternoon, it's still not in iTunes yet.).

For the Android, visit the Android Marketplace, search for "Pair Savvy", and then download for free.

And even more awesome, Pair Savvy is linked to the RealCaliforniaMilk.com site, and the app will automatically update, with no need to download future updated versions.

Disclosure: I was given the information about the app from  Real California Cheese  through the One2One Network (of which I am a member), and in posting about the Pair Savvy app on my blog, I am eligible  to enter to win a prize.
